The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to draft and endorse a concept for developing auto-tourism in Russia, which determines, among other things, the terms for developing the related infrastructure and provides for the implementation of a pilot project on auto-tourism via the St Petersburg–Vladivostok route, including the Rossiya (Moscow–St Petersburg) and Vostok (Moscow–Kazan) federal highways.
Instructions to the Government also concern the implementation of priority projects on federal year-round seaside resorts to accommodate at least ten million people a year by 2030 and the construction of the necessary tourist facilities for this purpose; the construction of large year-round waterparks and amusement parks for children; as well as the organisation and holding of the BRICS Games in the Russian Federation in 2024.
Instructions to the Government along with the executive government bodies of the Kurgan and Sverdlovsk regions concern provision of housing for wildfire victims before the start of the heating season and sending schoolchildren from families affected by wildfires to federal children’s centres for recreation and education.
Instructions to the Government together with the Emergencies Ministry and executive government bodies of the Kurgan and Sverdlovsk regions concern, among other things, the assessment of the damage caused by wildfires in these regions.
The Government was instructed to determine sources of funding for measures envisioned in the current list of instructions and to ensure prompt transfer of these funds to their intended recipients.
