The Protocol was signed in Moscow on July 14, 2011.
The Protocol stipulates that the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Principles of Levying Indirect Taxes on Exports and Imports of Goods, Works and Services of September 15, 2004 and the Protocol between the Government of the Russian Federation and Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Procedure for Levying Indirect Taxes on Works and Services of March 23, 2007 will be terminated from the date of the Protocol's entry into force.
