The Agreement was signed in Moscow on March 3, 2015.
In particular, the Agreement establishes that decisions on refusing entry to a foreign citizen or stateless person made by the competent authorities of one of the Parties shall be recognised as a basis to refuse entry or issuance of a visa onto the territory of the other Party’s state or reducing the temporary stay period on the territory of the other Party’ state.
In addition, the Agreement stipulates that the competent authorities of one Party have the right to allow a foreign citizen or stateless person subject to entry prohibitions by the competent authorities of the other Party to enter or stay on their nation’s territory after notifying the competent authorities in the other nation, as well as informing the foreign citizen or stateless person of the decision by the competent authorities of the other Party on refusal of entry.
