The Federal Law ratifies the Agreement on the Joint Engineering Unit for Humanitarian Demining of the Armed Forces of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed on December 18, 2020, in Moscow.
The Agreement determines the procedure for establishing and using the Joint Unit and for terminating its activities, as well as its status on the territory of a receiving or transit Party and the status of service personnel of the Parties during humanitarian mine clearing missions.
