The Executive Order concerns the procedure for residency in the Russian Federation for those living in the new Russian regions – the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions – who have not entered into Russian citizenship.
In particular, the Executive Order determines the procedure for such persons to obtain a Russian residence permit, as well as the procedure for their employment.
