Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, the President has authorised the following:
- a contribution to assets of JSC BYSTRA Holding Company for no consideration, which contribution does not result in the increase of its charter capital, of 99.99 percent stake in the charter capital of GRK Bystrinskoye LLC that belongs to GRK Eastern Geology Limited;
- making by Shirinskoye LLC of a transaction to purchase a 0.01 percent stake in the charter capital of GRK Bystrinskoye LLC that belongs to GRK Eastern Geology Limited;
- acquisition by JSC Zavenyagin Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Combine of 15,286,339,700 ordinary shares in JSC BYSTRA Holding Company in connection with distribution of its shares as part of dissolution of GRK Eastern Geology Limited;
- acquisition by United Resources Limited of 4,074,523,259 ordinary shares in JSC BYSTRA Holding Company in connection with distribution of its shares as part of dissolution of GRK Eastern Geology Limited;
- acquisition by INTERROS CAPITAL international company with limited liability of 11,205,703,127 ordinary shares in JSC BYSTRA Holding Company in connection with distribution of its shares as part of dissolution of GRK Eastern Geology Limited, CIS NRF HOLDINGS LIMITED, SEENALOCK LIMITED and the preliminary acquisition of the said ordinary shares in CIS NRF HOLDINGS LIMITED and (or) SEENALOCK LIMITED as part of dissolution of GRK Eastern Geology Limited and (or) CIS NRF HOLDINGS LIMITED.
