The Federal Law introduces administrative liability for violating the law of the Russian Federation when employing citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation to work on ships sailing under the flag of a foreign state.
The Federal Law also repeals the provisions of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offenses introducing administrative liability for illegal activities to employ citizens of the Russian Federation abroad.
