The law aims to improve procedures regulating inspections of business entities by supervisory authorities of state or municipal control.
The amendment now requires supervisory authorities to coordinate all unscheduled inspections or audits with prosecution authorities in respect of all business entities, not just small and medium-sized businesses, as before.
