Law ratifying protocol amending Russia-Abkhazia intergovernmental agreement on goods trade regime

Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia on the Regime of Trade in Goods, dated May 28, 2012.

The Protocol was signed in Grozny on July 16, 2024.

The Protocol envisages additional provisions to the Agreement, under which export customs duties shall not be applied to certain most significant for the Republic of Abkhazia goods exported from the Russian Federation to the customs territory of the Republic of Abkhazia.
