The agreement was signed in Moscow on March 13, 2025.
The agreement is based on the principles of international law concerning amicable relations and cooperation between states in accordance with the United Nations Charter, including the principles of non-interference in the internal affairs of other states and of sovereign equality of states.
The agreement is aimed at constructive cooperation between the signatories in order to protect their citizens and safeguard their rights and freedoms in case of unjust criminal prosecution by third parties.
