The agreement was signed in Moscow on December 19, 2025.
The agreement stipulates the creation of a common market of precious metals, precious stones, and precious metal products, ensuring their free circulation, as well as the coordination and cooperation development in the area of state control (supervision) over the circulation of precious metals, precious stones, and precious metal products.
