The Agreement sets forth the procedure regulating transfer and distribution of import customs duties between the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Russian Federation, and governs the parties’ relations in cases of non-transfer or partial non-transfer of funds.
The Agreement also provides that the Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus, the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation shall audit on an annual basis the compliance by the parties of the Agreement provisions.
The Agreement was signed in St Petersburg on May 20, 2010.
