At the invitation of Dmitry Medvedev, the heads of states of member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation and the Commonwealth of Independent States will hold informal summits in Moscow on May 8, coinciding with the 65 th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
