The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 18, 2024.
Under the agreement, court rulings issued by the competent courts of one Party shall not require a separate recognition procedure in the territory of the other Party. Such rulings are to be enforced in the same manner as decisions rendered by courts of the enforcing Party, on the basis of writs of execution issued by the competent courts of the Party where the rulings originated, and in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Agreement.
