Instructions issued to the Government concern benefits to workers in healthcare, social services and other sectors in view of the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Additionally, the Government is instructed to consider the involvement of Belarus in the post-registration clinical trials of the registered Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19 and to determine the delivery time of Sputnik V to Belarus.
The instructions issued to the Government also relate to additional financial support for federal higher education institutions from the federal budget; the issue of infrastructure bonds for the development of housing and transport construction, including pilot projects; procurement of design and construction services, and the construction and renovation of permanent facilities for federal purposes.
The Government is instructed to ensure that as a priority, the State Duma adopts bills that reduce the scope and timeframe of the approval procedures required for building facilities and making them operational under the national projects and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation until 2030.
The Government is instructed, together with the executive bodies of the regions in the Far Eastern Federal District, to monitor the construction and renovation of social infrastructure facilities (such as hospitals and outpatient clinics), including the provision of equipment and staffing.
