The agenda includes a review of the outgoing Year of Science and proposals on a new long-term programme to elevate the management of science and the implementation of national research projects to a new level throughout the country.
On December 22, a conference with the heads of the Russian Federation’s regions and representatives of the professional community was held to prepare materials for the meeting and to discuss the regions’ proposals on developing the science and technological potential.
