The Government was instructed to submit to the State Duma a draft federal law On the Production and Circulation of Organic Products (organically made products) and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
Instructions to the Government concern, among other things, restrictions on certain types of generator units with internal combustion engines up to 315 kW originating from foreign states for the purpose of procurement for state and municipal needs, taking into account the competitive price and technical properties of Russian analogues of such units, and creating a territory of advanced socioeconomic development in the town of Tutayev, Yaroslavl Region.
The Government, in conjunction with the joint stock company Russian Export Center, was instructed to consider granting subsidies to Russian automotive enterprises in the form of advance payments for research and development work carried out to ensure access to foreign markets.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Economic Development were instructed to submit proposals on expanding the presence of produce of Russian high-tech enterprises (including paint producers) on the domestic market.
The Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the supreme state authorities of Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea and the Federal City of Sevastopol, in conjunction with interested organisations, were instructed to consider ways to organise high-speed sea passenger transit in the Azov-Black Sea basin, having determined the most promising routes and effective vessels for this, while making sure that such transport is safe, secure and cost-effective.
