The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to provide methodological support for the regions’ activities with respect to the use of secure and reliable AI technology in state and municipal governance via integrated industry-specific digital platforms, as well as with respect to expanding the application of AI in extracurricular learning and tutoring school students on general education subjects, based on federal state education standards.
The Government of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with AI Alliance, the National Technology Initiative Platform autonomous non-profit organisation and research centres for AI, was also instructed to arrange a strategic session (an international foresight session) in Russia on fundamental and exploratory research into further evolution of artificial intelligence.
The Russian Government, together with Sberbank of Russia, was instructed to ensure further cooperation with the People’s Republic of China when conducting AI research and development, and to consider establishing an international journal on the development of AI technology in Russia.
The Government of Moscow was advised to consider creating an international online showcase for Moscow’s technological achievements, including in AI, to improve the city’s investment appeal and attract tech and AI professionals from the international labour market.
