Vladimir Putin signed an Order On Cross Years of Russian-Chinese Cooperation in Education.

To further advance Russian-Chinese relations and expand bilateral ties in education, the President ordered to hold Cross Years of Russian-Chinese Cooperation in Education in 2026–2027.

Corresponding instructions have been issued to the Russian Government.
