The Agreement was signed in Moscow on June 23, 2025.
Under the Agreement, the Parties will develop relations based on mutual respect for and safeguarding of their national interests, adherence to universally recognised principles and norms of international law, and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter.
The Agreement states that the Parties shall maintain regular dialogue and exchange views at various levels on issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
