The message reads, in part:
“Today in this room there are heads of ministries and departments, politicians, public figures, scientists, members of the intelligentsia, teachers, and mentors from many different Russian regions. People who enjoy well-deserved respect and authority, who have a great deal of professional and life experience, and are well aware of the situation on the ground. You will discuss a wide range of issues related to the implementation of the state family and demographic policies, as well as develop common approaches to resolving the most important problems in this field. This is large-scale and very important work that affects the fate of every Russian family and every child. And here we need to ensure a constructive dialogue and genuine partnership between all levels of government, civil society institutions, and traditional Russian religions.”
The Presidential Coordination Council for Implementing the 2012–2017 National Children's Strategy was established by presidential executive order on September 11, 2012.
