Earlier today Dmitry Medvedev signed the relevant Executive Order and instructions.
In total, over 300 million rubles [about $10 million] will be allocated for the grants. President Medvedev expressed his hope that this will help outstanding Russian music and dance ensembles to expand their performance tours around Russia.
