The Prosecutor General’s Office has been instructed to check compliance with legal regulations with respect to the submission of requests to the Moscow City Authorities on February 20, 2012 to organise public gatherings in Moscow on March 4, 2012.

The Prosecutor General’s Office has also been requested to investigate the lawfulness of and justification for guilty verdicts passed by courts in the cases of 32 Russian citizens.

The Presidential Executive Office has been instructed to draft proposals on using collateral as a procedure enabling people to run as candidates in elections for regional governors; on a draft federal constitutional law on convoking a Constituent Assembly; and on the possibility of classifying state registration of political parties as a state service.

The Justice Ministry has been ordered to provide information on the grounds for refusing state registration to the Party of People’s Freedom for Russia without Arbitrariness and Corruption (PARNAS).
