The children received cameras as Christmas presents from the President and his wife.
After talking with the children, Dmitry Medvedev inspected the orphanage building, currently undergoing renovation. The President visited this Orphanage a year ago and at that time allocated 30 million rubles from his Reserve Fund to repair the three-storey building.
The President instructed Governor of Ivanovo Region Mikhail Men to personally oversee the completion of all renovations by August 1, 2012.
