In addition, talks were held between a group of Russian representatives led by Head of the Presidential Civil Service and Personnel Directorate Anton Fyodorov and the Chinese delegation. The sides exchanged views on key issues related to implementing public personnel policy in Russia and China.
A Memorandum on Cooperation was also signed between the Presidential Civil Service and Personnel Directorate and the Organisation Department of the China Communist Party Central Committee.
