After the military parade in Red Square, Vladimir Putin and the heads of foreign states and governments who arrived in Moscow to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Victory, laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Alexander Garden and paid tribute to the war victims with a moment of silence.
