In his remarks, Anatoly Seryshev underscored the importance of events involving young Cossacks. He noted the need to foster courage and solidarity, and pointed out the importance of getting the younger generation interested in learning.

The nationwide meeting of Cossack youth took place in Krasnodar, organised by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the government of the Krasnodar Territory and the Russian Cossack Society.
The event included several platforms that hosted team training sessions for the development of key competencies that are most in demand for leaders of youth public organisations, introductory SMM workshops and other events. Those present discussed the outlook for the development of the Russian Cossacks considering the State Policy Strategy Regarding Russian Cossacks for 2021–2030. The proposals made by the participants at the event will be sent for review to the Council for Cossack Affairs.
The event was also attended by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Southern Federal District Vladimir Ustinov and Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev.
