The Federal Law is aimed at streamlining certain aspects of integration of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into the legal system of the Russian Federation in so far as it concerns the procedure for determining the rules of applying the provisions of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation.
