And it is important to try and construct harmonious cities and towns as well as create decent and comfortable conditions for Russian citizens. These are the main priorities of Russia’s architecture and construction policy.”
The 7th Congress of the Russian Union of Architects is being held on 21–22 October 2008 in Moscow. About 1,200 delegates from all regions of Russia are participating in the Congress.
