The amendments made to the Federal Law On Self-Regulating Organisations require said organisations to create and maintain official websites on the Internet, with email accounts that include their domain names.
The Federal Law establishes a list of information that self-regulating organisations must make available on their official websites, the conditions and deadlines for uploading this information, as well as procedures for self-regulating organisations to maintain member registries and the list of data that must be included.
Corresponding amendments are made to the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation and several other legislative acts.
