Addressing the participants, Vladimir Putin pointed to the importance of the congress of Ukrainians Living in Russia held on the eve of the Year of Ukraine in Russia.
The President also proposed that the participants should share their opinions on the state of Russian-Ukrainian relations and submit their proposals on what could be done to strengthen them.
