Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern purchases of goods, works and services carried out in implementing major investment projects by state organisations and joint stock companies in which the state holds over 50% share in charter capital, or in implementing investment projects contemplating government support measures.
Instructions to the Government also concern the use of privately owned main-line locomotives for transportation of freight using public railroad infrastructure, taking into account the need to attract investments to upgrade traction rolling stock and ensuring load density of Russian machine building companies.
The Government has also been instructed to take measures to prevent the saleof motor fuel that does not meet technical regulations at gas stations.
The Prosecutor General’s Office, with participation by the Industry and Trade Ministry, has been instructed to audit the activity of gas stations to determine whether the motor fuel they sell meets technical regulations, first and foremost with regard to the fuel’s physiochemical parameters.
