The Agreement was signed in Beijing on June 25, 2016.
The Agreement provides for creating a legal framework for space cooperation in connection with the implementation of joint programmes and projects so as to prevent unauthorised access to any products or technologies that fall under the export control regulation by the Parties’ state agencies (protected products and technologies), as well as to prevent their unauthorised transfer or use by the end user.
This Federal Law does not run contrary to the provisions of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 or the provisions of other international treaties signed by the Russian Federation.
