Trip to Sevastopol and Crimea
Vladimir Putin held working meetings with Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov and Acting Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhayev. During a meeting with General Director of VAD Valery Abramov and his first deputy Viktor Perevalov, Vladimir Putin discussed the construction of the Tavrida highway.
In Sevastopol, the President visited the Shadow of Babylon international bike show organised by the Night Wolves club, and watched Griffin, a play about the history of the city, staged at the new venue of the Tauric Chersonese State Museum and Reserve.
The President also met with future students at the Sevastopol Academy of Choreography and attended the 3rd Chersonese International Opera and Ballet Festival.
