Raisat arrived in Moscow with her parents, Akhmet and Kultum Akipov. Earlier, they were able to stroll through Red Square, visited Zaryadye and the Dream Island amusement park.
“When I left Derbent, I was shown a picture of you crying. It’s obvious that, unfortunately, I am unable to talk to every person in the square, but your reaction upset me. And since I cannot leave Moscow often, I decided to invite you and your parents here,” the President said as he welcomed the girl to the Kremlin.
Vladimir Putin showed Raisat around his office and later suggested they had tea together with her parents. He spoke warmly with the Akipov family in the Blue Room.
On June 28, the President made a working trip to Derbent, during which he also spoke with local residents. At that time, the girl was unable to talk with the President.
