The presidents were accompanied, in particular, by Governor of St Petersburg Alexander Beglov, First Vice-President of the Russian Hockey Federation and head coach of HC SKA Roman Rotenberg, General Manager of HC SKA Dmitry Konstantinov, Director General of SKA Arena multi-purpose concert and sports complex Anton Kupchenko, and representative of the project’s investor Gavriil Frolov.

SKA Arena is the world’s largest indoor ice arena that can accommodate 21,520 hockey fans or 23,000 concert or other event attendees. SKA Arena comprises the Big Ice Arena, the Small Ice Arena, fitness rooms and a 25-metre swimming pool. The stadium is suitable for competitions in more than 20 sports. It is HC SKA’s home stadium.
