The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to approve individual programmes for socio-economic development of the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Mary El, the Republic of Tyva, the Republic of Khakassia, the Chuvash Republic, the Altai Territory, and the Kirov, Kurgan and Pskov regions for 2025–2030. The Government must ensure the allocation from the federal budget of additional funds of at least 10 billion rubles a year for implementing these programmes.
The Government was also instructed to assist the Republic of Adygea in completing a number of projects, including the Lago-Naki alpine ski resort, by allocating funds from the federal budget in 2025–2030.
Instructions to the Government along with the State Council Commission on Economy and Finance are related to ensuring accelerated socioeconomic development of a number of Russian regions with a low level of fiscal capacity that have no separate or individual programmes of socioeconomic development and do not receive financial support from the federal budget under the state programmes aimed at ensuring a well-balanced development of the regions of the Russian Federation.
