Mr Ivanov began by introducing the Graduate School of Management’s new dean, VTB Bank CEO Andrei Kostin.
One of the main subjects on the agenda was the School’s development programme through to 2020. Mr Ivanov noted that the priority task is to take the School from being comparable to world leading business schools to being a real competitor for them.
Another top priority, Mr Ivanov said, is to turn the School into one of Russia’s leading intellectual centres in fundamental and applied research in the management field.
