The head of the State Council working group, Tula Region Governor Vladimir Gruzdev reported on the work conducted by the group to draft the report that includes system-wide measures to support small and medium sized businesses in Russia.
The meeting considered key issues that stand in the way of developing small and medium sized businesses in Russia and measures aimed at relieving the tax burden, removing administrative barriers, reducing the number of inspections by oversight agencies and increasing access for small and medium sized businesses to state purchasing and bank loans.
The group also considered the development of entrepreneurship among young people and the creation of a positive image of an entrepreneur by the media.
