Plans are underway to give particularly careful attention to training and retraining the management personnel pool, increasing the efficacy of using individuals included in personnel pools at various levels.
Sergei Ivanov stressed that being in a management personnel pool should become one of the most important factors affecting the appointment of a candidate to a senior civil service post.
