List of journalists accredited to cover the second summit of the Gas Exporting Countries’ Forum has been published

July 1, 2013: accredited journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya Tower from 13.30 pm to 14.30 pm, from 16.00 pm to 17.00 pm (Moscow time).

The summit events will take place on July 1, 2013 in the Grand Kremlin Palace. Accredited journalists will enter the Kremlin through the Kutafya Tower (see map) from 13:30 to 14:30 and from 16:00 to 17:00 Moscow time.

Russian journalists must have their passport and press card with them, and foreign journalists need to present their passport and current Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation (for journalists accredited in the Russian Federation).

Accreditation badges will be handed out at the summit’s International Press Centre (on the ground floor of the Grand Kremlin Palace), which will be open from 13:30 on July 1.

The International Press Centre will offer journalists Wi-Fi internet access and the required office equipment. Meals will be available and there will be televised broadcast of the summit events with simultaneous translation in English, Arabic, Spanish, Farsi, and French.

Main programme of events (the time indicated is approximate and changes are possible):

Entry from 13:30 to 14:30

15:20 – Joint photo session

15:30 – Working session of the second Gas Exporting Countries’ Forum summit

Entry from 16:00 to 17:00

17:30 – Final news conference

Attention! Work at the summit will be organised on a pool basis, except for the final news conference, which all accredited journalists will be able to attend.

Information on the host broadcaster’s work

All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) is the event’s host broadcaster.

To receive video and television material from the host broadcaster, obtain television material from the mobile satellite communications station or order stand-up positions, media representatives need to contact Tatyana Kashintseva (VGTRK), phone: +7 (495) 232–9803.
