The Minister told the President about the situation on the medicine market and its pricing structure. They discussed the measures for controlling the quality of pharmaceutical products imported into Russia.
The President stressed that federal medical programmes such as the programmes aimed at reducing the maternal and infant mortality rates, treating diabetes and TB should continue and become regular government programmes.
