The declaration — the main document to come out of the summit – reviews the current state of affairs in bilateral relations, sums up the results achieved thus far through the realisation of the Agreement on Good-neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation of June 16, 2001, and sets out the blueprint for expanding cooperation both in various practical areas and on the international stage.
