A number of foreign leaders, in particular, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Mr Putin by telephone.
In his conversations with foreign leaders, the President also discussed current international issues and bilateral relations.
