Mr Manturov said the Ministry of Industry and Trade is fulfilling two instructions contained in the addresses to the Federal Assembly: increasing the capitalisation of the Industrial Development Fund and introducing a mechanism for special investment contracts.
In conclusion, Chairperson of the Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova commented on some remarks of the ministers.
Summing up the discussion, Vladimir Putin noted that the work is on track in general, but it is necessary to consider what was said at the meeting in making future decisions in the legal sphere.
