Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov reported on the availability of Russian technical aids, while Minister of Science and Higher Education Mikhail Kotyukov gave a report on access to quality higher education for people with disabilities.
A range of current issues was also discussed, including the situation on the job market, preparations for holding the main stage of the Unified School Exam and construction of healthcare facilities in Crimea and Sevastopol.
