The President instructed Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Sergei Shoigu to take all necessary measures to assist the victims. He also instructed Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov and Prosecutor General Yury Chaika to conduct all necessary investigations and determine the causes of the accident.
