Accredited media representatives will be able to receive their badges from 10 am until 5 pm on April 20 and at from 8.30 am until 10.30 am on April 21, at Ilyinka Street, 14/2, entrance 7.
Journalists are to have their passports and press cards, and foreign journalists are to also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation in order to collect an accreditation badge.
If badges are collected by a media outlet representative, he or she should show a power of attorney on the company’s letterhead signed by the editor-in-chief and listing the names of accredited journalists, as well as photocopies of their passports.
On April 21, journalists will enter the Manezh via Sapozhkovaya Square (television journalists and photographers – from 8:00 until 9:30 am; print media journalists – from 9:30 until 11:00 am). Journalists need to have their passports, accreditation badges, and three printed certificates with a negative PCR test. Foreign journalists should also have their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.
Rossiya-1, Rossiya-24, and Channel One television channels will be broadcasting the Address live. Sign interpretation will be provided in a live broadcast by Public Television of Russia, as well as on its website (http://www.otr-online.ru/online/). The National State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) will be the event’s host broadcaster.
