On April 6, Moscow will host a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, which will be attended by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
The progress in fulfilling a key document, Guidelines for Implementing the Provisions of the Treaty Establishing the Union State in 2021–2023, which provides for joint work on 28 industry-based Union programmes, will be considered. It is planned to make decisions on a number of practical issues of further integration cooperation.
The day before, on April 5, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko will discuss topical bilateral and international issues at separate talks.
