The message reads, in part:

The skilful and resolute actions of the regiment’s personnel during the special military operation are an example of fulfilling your military duty, bravery, selfless service and high professionalism.
I am confident that you, Guards soldiers, will remain loyal to your Oath, continue to serve the Motherland with honour, reliably ensuring the security and peaceful life of our citizens.”
